Great build, i got 12/4/28 with it, lotsa damage and healing,by the way, you might want to put mejai's soulstealer before zhonya's because it's a huge bonus if things are going well.Keep up the good work.

Thank you for the comments guys, I do seem to have a ton more down votes than comments though, saddens me.
1) I did notice the lowest HP target healing as I played her more, I will fix that in the guide.
2) I do have AP/level glyphs, I will never change quints, I find that that flat HP is just far too good to not have. The other I can see switching, but the lower gains from marks and seals make it a toss up, but I do certainly see you point.
3) I think Mejai's is actually a wonderful idea, I would take that over Deathfire, but I do find the cdr more important to a certain extent than AP, thus keep max stacks would be pinnacle to this.
4) As for my skill order, I will add a section giving my reasonings, while I see most guides saying what you are, I still feel that my order is superior.

You should max Aria of Perseverance first max Hymn of Valor last, you are there for support, not to kill. Get Mejai's...you get a lot of assists with Sona, and with low deaths you will have max stats quickly. And I would go AP/lvl runes, you will get over 80AP at lvl 18 and with Sona AP is a must for her Heal. Those are my reasons for thumbs down

Works wonders got a 2-0-15 with this build, the new item works wonders for chasing down or escapeing
