Introduction

The focus around support Soraka is the heals from
Astral Blessing. When that can't be maxed, mana comes next from
Infuse. This is especially helpful at lower levels with certain AD. I take a point at level 5 in
Starcall for the magic resist debuff, but I ignore it until later.

Sometimes you queue and you find your AD is missing their last hits or generally doesn't know what they're doing. This section aims to transform support
Soraka into AP
Soraka.
Around when I get the
Heart of Gold or
Boots, I usually know if I need to change up my build. I continue with the support build right until Kage's Lucky Pick, because all the extra income is still helpful, as I continue to buy Sight Wards throughout the game. I pick up an
Abyssal Mask first followed by a Rylai's Scepter for more AP power.
For building, I stop pouring points into
Infuse, and put the points in
Starcall instead. Sometimes for AD carries who don't ever run out of mana I will also do this for the magic resistance reduction.
The runes and masteries remain the same, since at this point you're rebuilding a support as an AP powerhouse.
