Hey, I like most of your build, but I just have one problem thet you may not be aware of... At 765 gold and 5 gold per 10 secs, then a Lucky Pick takes 22min 30secs to regen the money you spent on it. This means that you'll have to buy them all before the 10 minute mark to get the money back on them.
After you have, you can make the profit by selling them back at 50%, but that's still not great.
If you're turning one of them into DFG then that's great, but I think the 765 gold on most of your Picks would be better spent on a Blasting Wand to get an earlier Deathcap or something like that?
I've never used the gold/10 sec items like this, because the maths make it seem a bit pointless.
Please tell me if I'm wrong though, I always like to learn! :)

yeah i'm not sure how to put all that stuff in there yet, just my first build. i would really like to add some more stuff, just not sure how the formatting works etc. i'm tryin to get fraps to work with very little luck lol so we'll see how it goes :)

Money issues are definitely common for Soraka, I like the take on how you address it.

starcall should be used to lasthit minions, but other than that its a good build
