Hello fellow LoL gamers, this is my guild on Soraka.

I shall be showing you I play Soraka in League of legends, lets begin.

The runes that I choice are ability power runes as it is recommended to have more healing output for your early game.
Mark of potencySeal of potencyglyph of replenishment, I use this to get extra mana regen so you can heal most of the time :)Quintesence of potency

With Masteries I go 1-5-21 as I found it the most fitting in the fights I've been having.

With Items I start out with aMana Maniputlator as it gives good amount of mana regen at the start so you can keep on healing your teamate then I follow up withboots of speed then build it up toMercurys Treads because with I go into matches I end up fighting alot of CC characters like fiddle and rammus so with the boots I can get away more successfully then just having boots of speed or anything else.

then I'll getRabadons deathcap because it gives me a huge boost in my healing spell plus my mana spell which is always handy. Next I go withShurelyas Reverie because it's cooldown is really handly but most importent of all is of it's active, it can give you 40% movement speed to you and your surrounding teamates, just say your in a bit of a pickle and you need to get out of it, activate that and pop ghost and your going 500+ so I'm pretty sure I can get away from any trouble. Then I go forZhonyas Hourglass because of the armor and it's active, when you go into fights they tend to target you first, so when they do, pop it's active so they waste their good spells on you then you can use the active on theShurelyas Reveries to get away and let your team do the work :)

after that I getWill of the Ancients for 2 reasons, for it's aura and spell vamp, because you'll heal yourself extra with it when your low hp which can make you heal to full hp plus when you heal someone else you get some healing 2 which is always nice, then I sell the Mana maniputlator and getFrozen heart because of extra armor and it's aura to slow auto attacks by 20% which is always handy.

With skill I focus onW andE I keepQ till last as it's a Support class and you just need to focus on the healing and mana.

I pick Ghost and Exhaust because with ghost you can get away from sticky situations and with exhaust you can slow the guy who is trying to kill you so you have a greater chance of getting away aswell.

With farming you mainly just last hit if you can, when or if your on your own it can be very hard to farm when the other guy is ccing you and you cant really do anything, but just try to guess how much hp they have left and last hit them.

Anyway, with this build it's pretty simple to play if you focus lane and try not to get killed :P
