All the items above are CDR items. I do know the CDR cap is 40%, which is why I just put up the items you CAN CHOOSE FROM. You only choose a couple, and once you reach the 40% CDR cap, you can just build the champion regularly, based on some other serious builds here on mobafire.

Alright, so as you may have noticed, all the champs chosen for this trololol team are MANALESS. The whole point is that you get as much CDR as possible so that you guys just spam your abilities ****less, so even if you're not so strong, you can still spam alot to maintain damage and good poking.

This is obviously not a serious build but it's very fun to play with that team. I haven't really bought all those CDR runes just for the fact that it'd be a waste of IP to me, but if you can, do it.
