Amazing guide I must say. Thank you for putting the time into this, I just have one question: Sometimes I see Evelynn players ult the opposite way to get close to an enemy but I feel like that leaves you way too out of position. Should I only do it when I know the're alone, or should I trust that my team will follow or that I'll somehow get out?

Why is it better to go hp runes instead of armor rune

HP per level runes outscale the armor ones rather quickly. On every statistics website, HP runes consistently have 1%+ higher winrate.

Simply, Evelynn isn't an early game champion to benefit from the armor runes as much as she benefits from the scaling HP runes.

Against heavy AD oriented teams I'd still recommend taking armor runes though.

first of all, thanks for the guide. I am super happy you help us to learn eve. It is really good to get help by best eve EUW. Here are maybe some ideas you can add to the guide, which are interesting for eve players:
1) How do i play from behind, some tips to get back in the game would be nice.
2) What i shall do, when i am behind and cant oneshot someone (not fed enough or for example only Xayah is squishy) Is my job to peel my ad carry or do as much damage as I can to there squishys?
3) what do you think about: red smite against 2+ tanks (because 4% max dmg) and blue smite against max 1 tank? or would you say it doesnt matter?

and btw: imo you deserve more population so i would recommend to post your guide/stream on eve mains reddit or eve mains discord. I guess there are many eve mains who would be happy to get help and if you get new viewer and more publicity, perfect.

Hey, thanks for reading up the guide! I am super glad to be of help.

1) I think I can add this to the guide soon, at least some tips and tricks. Ideally, you want to grab whatever resources you can on the map and play crossmap of enemy jungler. Try to crawl your way back into the game and stack up mejais.

2) If you don't manage to get back and keep struggling you will almost surely have a rough time as Evelynn. There isn't a straight forward answer, it's too situation based, just try your best to peel or play around fed players. Maybe enemy makes a mistake and you can capitalize on it even while behind.

3) I am not 100% sure yet what to think of the smites, I like the slow that red provides too so idk
