Try to damage you opponent at the first levels dont let him farm just make him cancer you can do so much damage with your aa's due to your Fervor of Blade.Always try to find
opportunity to split push.Ask gank from your jungler and do the combo Q-E-W (If your ULT is open do E-R-Q-W)And kill the enemy .Then push the lane!

If you can get 2nd Red/Blue from your Jungler,your performance will go high.Take help from your jungler and kill your opponent and push the lane with him/her.Take Control Wards and ward the river/tri-Bush.Then push the lane.
