Hey there.
Evolve Strategy
Evolving Q first is what I was going for and what I recommend.
Evolve W next, for survivability and quick farm, or E for quick ganks or escapes.
I wouldn't usually evolve R, but swap E or W for evolving R and you should be fine.
Notes
Swap Ninja Tabi for Boots of Mobility for assassinating purposes.
You can swap Tabi for Mercury Treads too, depending on what you're going for.
Bloodthirster can be swapped for Sanguine blade too. Try mix it up a bit.
You can also swap Exhaust for Flash for increased mobility and Smite for Ignite when outside jungling.
