is hob really the only rune recommendation? is grasp irrelevant or whats your opinions on that.

I believe HoB has the highest skill expression. Grasp and Lethality are strong and allow you to make more mistakes. HoB has less room for mistakes but more reward for the risk. I don't have grasp/lethal on this guide even though they are strong rune choices.

Man thank you SO MUCH for the matchup + sheet, it's gold info. I don't have much time to invest in the game and this is so useful it made me play so much better!

Question though, why is there no lifesteal in your build? How do yo regen after a fight? I'm bronze so this may be a dumb question

Whats your opinion on ravenous hydra?

I think it's a strong item I just prefer the slow active from stridebreaker over ravenous. I think you can go ravenous if you prefer that, you just lose some kill pressure in exchange for a lot of survivability and AH. I will say that probably Ravenous can be situationally better than stridebreaker but that it is rare and stridebreaker is more consistent. Mainly because stridebreaker also has AS that synergizes with Kraken whereas ravenous does not.

not true most of the games Aaio loses are against laners who are building armor.

For those wondering who he's referring to you can click here His build is hard countered by armor though so I wouldn't advise it personally.

Update: After testing the build in question I actually found OP was correct! Ravenous -> PD -> Hull is crazy OP for snowballing the game and I was wrong. I updated the build on 5/7/24 to reflect this new build. Unfortunately, items are getting reworked on 5/15/24, but the good news is I still expect this build to be meta. Also, lethal tempo will be removed so stay tuned for my new rune recommendations because there will be MAJOR mix up!
