It looks like you got it figured out. :) Yes, that's one of the biggest things to keep in mind. I don't release guides for a champ unless I have a unique perspective to display. There's no sense in releasing a general "Top lane Vlad" guide when two successful guides for just that already exist.

MS quints are best in the game, I even take them on Anivia. I really like the concept of this guide. I was also pleased to see that your items were serious! Some advice, though: Add runes and skill order to the top section, as opposed to just having them in the description/text below.
