This is an excellent start to a good guide. Keep it up. For your efforts I have given you a +1. TURN ON COMMENT TO VOTE though.

I have been jungling and lanaing Nocturne since January and I love him. Your Clairvoyance choice is a rather interesting concept and is one I might try if I do not jungle. You do given a decent argument for it though.

- I would give Ignite as an alternative Summoner Spell as well as Heal since you are laning Nocturne.

- Your items are good. I agree with all choice however I would put Maw of Malmortius as a situational item depending on the team you are facing. While it is new and it is a good item I think there are better choices unless the enemy team is AP heavy or there is a Karthus.

- Make a situational item section/other useful items on Nocturne.

- For example say that if you are facing a team that has a lot of armor you should replace Black Cleaver with Last Whisper for better armor penetration.
