Introduction

Hello there everybody this is my first ever guide and this guide is based on my favorite champion: Shen, The eye of twilight i really like to play shen on the top lane until i played him in the jungle for one time and i did really well so i started playing it more and more going into ranked getting Silver IV from my promo's and with this guide im climbing the ladder

Runes

Runes:

9x Attack speed reds: standard reds on shen
9x Seals of Scaling Health regen: These runes scale really well together with shen's q and will help you out alot early game you got alot of sustain even from suffering alot damage in a gank
4x MR Glyphs: Speaks for itself
5x CDR Glyphs: Will give you the oppurtunity too spam your abilities even more
