10x, I always figured him not so usefull at domnion due to being kinda slow but maybe I should check it out.
Also was thinking on a small item change at top build, Will update after I check it out.

Heimer is really GREAT in dominion, you should try him :D I think you have to max your turrets first so that you can place them on the tower to defend it. One single ennemy is just UNABLE to take your tower back. Your ennemies have to destroy both of your turrets before taking the tower which of course deals high damage to them!! :D

I tried experimenting with it, in the end I came to the conclusion that maximizing at 6,11,16 is awesome due to CD redaction. Specially because I like to play him as more of a bruiser, getting that grenade faster or that extra rocket shot really helps.
I actually didn't play him much on dominion so I can't really say about that. Maybe I will add it sometime.

I just got a small question: I read somewhere that you don't really have to maximise your ulti with Heimer, what do you think? Always improve when level 6, 11 and 16?
And there's only one thing that miss me: Dominion Guide. You explained Mid lane, jungle etc so why not explaining Dominion? It would be wonderful and i think many players would be interested :p
