Love this build. I have had a lot of fun playing Annie but unfortunately I have had a lot of problems with players who think that annie should be killing champions left or right. This has been hit or miss though. A majority of the games i have played since using this build i have won but there are still those that cannot capitalize on the benefits that annie brings. Keep up the good work. I will keep using this build for awhile.

Well, you should take greater mark of hybrid penetration as main runes and Greater Mark of Magic Penetration as alternative. You really need to abuse her AA range and that would be 625.

Rabadon's Deathcap is not a thing on support.

Ruby Sightstone less explained. There are also Stealth Wards. It should be explained like: "This item is needed as you wont need to keep on wasting your money to buy Stealth Ward."

If other people read this comment, here is the reason I like this build compared to other people's annie support.
You start off with ancient coin, so you can preserve some mana in lane and you don't have an aggressive beginning as much as other builds

You're off to a good start! I recommend adding some laning information since that's usually what decides the strength of Annie later on & I also think you should add some alternative masteries and runes. Other than those little nit picks you're good! :-)
