Zed is a strong Assassin in a solo lane against squishy opponents. You're main goal is to assassinate an enemy carry in team fights and get picks in a skirmish. Or split pushing a lane while your team stalls the opposing.

Standard runes for an AD caster, Taking AD reds for early damage. Armor yellows and good for any champion. Cooldown reduction blues are optimal for getting your ultimate up sooner for more kills.

These runes maximize your kill potential in lane. The offensive masteries are good for when you ult a low health target. The utility is for roaming and having a buff longer.

The items are the strongest for this playstyle after shiv and botrk you can build whatever you want.

The skill sequence is optimal for harassing and assassinating. Your combo is R W Q E for whoever you are fighting. For harassing just don't use your ultimate.

W. The gap closer is good for initiating a fight when you ult
E. This is your main farming tool
R. Your ultimate is the most useful thing in your kit for killing somebody it also explodes for a portion of the damage dealt to the target
