Lucian is a black man. Im not gonna beat around the bush. Im gonna say it outright. He is the fastest champ in the game. Although League of Legends is fantasy, Riot wants their champions to be somewhat realistic. With this guide on Lucian, it helps Summoners Rift become more realistic.

You want to go movespeed quints on lucian because **** you if you dont. You want to bring gold seals because you a poor nigga, and cant afford a shiny knife to shank people with.

You want ghost because you need to outrun cops. You want cleanse so you can break out handcuffs if you do get caught.

Lets be realistic.... Lucian is black, therefore he is fast. You gotta realize that. It took me over 3 seasons to realize that Lucian is black. I couldnt climb for so long.
