Want to throw in my "two cents" as a Taric support "main" here. I find it somewhat... disturbing to see two ADC type champions in bot. Here's why:

First, it's just asking for the other team to push harder since both champs in bot are squishy by default. Also, to "help" your ADC (since you are support in this case) you need to sacrifice your CS, and a chunk of your kills (Note: I give ALL my kills and take NO CS as support, it's just not needed and the ADC gets way more out of it.) and by doing this you are weakening yourself since as intended to be ADC, ash needs the gold to buy the big hitting items to do anything worthwhile.

Second, without the added buffs in there she is really just offering a slow, 4 times. Nice, but not enough. Taric for example gives Armor, takes away armor, gives AP/AD damage and also has a targeted stun. Great for any situation, and cancels some ulti's. The ADC should be able to burn anyone, there is no need for the extra slow to that point.

TL;DR - Ashe support will just cause issues for ADC, and will cause insta-anger with a lot of people who feel like their CS/Kills are being fought over. Just do the right thing, play the META.

I have mastered Ashe as an adc,so this extra choice for a new role sounds very interesting to me..I dont know how much it works but this guide is very well-written..

I've been playing support Ashe for about a month now and really enjoy it. Great guide.

Some suggestions. Have a section on how to transition into a carry if need be. If you main support in normal or lower ELO you'll have games where your ADC is just bad.

Also I'd suggest running some games and trying some different itmes: Frozen Mallet, Rylai's & Hurricane (not all three in same game). Maybe list them as situational items.

When I support Ashe I always get a tear early. It charges very fast and allows me to leave Q on the entire game.

good guide, but i have a suggestion of my own: i find, that adding a ruunans hurricane (not sure of spelling) makes her even more viable, since you will be slowing 3 targets instead of 1 with your AA's

Why you don't consider using Statikk Shiv. It gives some AOE, AS and MS. Seems like a perfect item to Ashe support.
