His Q cancels your W meaning you cant ingage but your E can stop his Q in his W Q combo so its a stale mate.
I consider it ali favored to because his combo is easier to use and far more forgiving in an even lane.
Ashe
it pokes and slows so abuse brushed and Q when possible but outside of that its just another adc. its alright because it can be engaged on.
Bard
bard R cancels your W R combo and he has better roaming potential. in lane tho you go even and can use Q a lot because of bards range.
Braum
Braum passive can force your W so it is better to stay dismounted and rely on your mount up engage on the carry. Braum's swap carries meaning its kinda even. you can outscale with this build.
Janna
Janna is a very anti engage support which can be a thorn in your side. be patient and wait for proper engages when their Q is on CD. also the janna shield ad only exists so long as the shield does, so shattering it removes its buff.
Karma
her poke is annoying but wait for her shield to use Q and W her Empowered Q's and you live through the lane. mid to l8 game you out scale as both a tank and a single target support.
Morgana
perma ban. do not engage. the unholy offspring of pisslow and autofill itself. only hope? hide, and pray it does not find you.
Lulu
with the Q max, you can always fight close to even and with good decision making, you can win lane with better engages and improved sustain.
Lux
i dont like it, but it exist. get that mikaels and stay on your toes. don't play dismounted and instead just stay mounted and rely on dodging.
Leona
not an issue. you have better sustain and equal ingage. she can pick better however if you are attentive, she does alright but not crazy.
Pyke
he roams and hurts so let people know when le leaves and control ward for your mid rather than your rti brush. he picks as well so care for that.
Nami
her q can be an issue and her R can cansed your W but that's it. care for her empower buffs on carries. she doesn't child so its better to Q for healing rather than saving it for sheilds that wont happen.
Senna
like ashe she is annoying and oppressive with slows and snares but unlike ashe she scales as a support so just engage quickly and keep distance while mounted.

her E stuns you for using both forms of W so stay on your toes. once its used, however, she dies really fast after its casted and on cooldown.
Yuumi
yuumi's pop n block can be instantly broken with your Q and because she adds no pressure, you can just engage and see how it goes
Zilean
cast W when you get bombed and care for his R. other than that, there isn't much going on in this lane.
Taric
like taric he keeps his allies alive so it's only good when you can burst. unlike zilean, he is balanced as a support so take your time.
Rakan
break that shield and use your e when he casts W on an ally. you both have the same job so just do it better.
Soraka
the silence is annoying and she out heals so its a tough matchup but play for the all in and target her for the kill. the beauty of rell is that you can target both the carry and raka.
Thresh
his flay is tough to play against and his Q is potent. other than that its fine so play dismounted and keep your carry out of his clutches. your late game is better so as long as you don't chain int, you will be fine.
