Somethings you should know about Swain
NeverMove snares all enemies in the area.
Torment throws a spell to the enemie, this skill gives demage over time and increase the demage done(%).
Ravenous Flock swain transforms into a raven monster and starts draing hp from all the enemies.
(Tip use Torment then NeverMove to your team mates reach him than give him Decrepify, and obviously if you are close to him activate Ravenous Flock).
