With Swain's passive, you do not need to worry about getting low on mana while harassing your opponent with EQW combo. However, you MUST NOT use your Q,W,E spells on any minions until you are lvl 10+ and that is because it is a complete waste for your mana and you will just end up pushing the lane which will give their jungler a chance to gank you.

The reason why I use teleport instead of flash is because...
-Ward/Minion teleport gank to other lane is so effective and it will be even more effective if their laners are trying to tower dive your team mates.


***DO NOT EVER EVER EVER!!!! USE CLARITY**
First off, it is a noob spell and it is useless in mid-late game.
Second, you will be going for blue buffs whenever there's one out there in your jungle after 15min mark.
Third, with your mana gain passive, WHY WOULD YOU EVEN NEED CLARITY IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Lastly, if you do think that you need Clarity because Ult's cost is too much, you are probably staying in a ult form for more than 5 secs.(Don't stay in ult form for a long time and that by means no more than 5-7secs unless you are in a team fight.)

Last item depends on the situation of your match.
If you feel like that there is a strong ad carry that can take you down easily you should prbly choose Frozen Heart.
If you feel like there are no big threats on their team and want to be a nuker you should be going for AAS.
**Zhonya's Hourglass**
Use it when you are at 1/3 max health.
Casting W right at your spot before you go into the stasis mode will help you gain more hp and deal more damage, however this is not recommended if their AD carry is well fed and has high dmg output.
