So.... Swain top
The bird guy is gonna get a much deserved rework into the drain tank we all miss. This is a guide in anticipation of the reworked ult and lowered mana cost on his Q and W. Which should allow playing with little to no mana items. But we shall see what stays and weather this greedy tank build will be viable
