I considered your words about CDR. You may be right but this is my way to play, and I don't like your attitude. But thanks anyway.

I dont like the cloak and dagger, it is useless in killing someone because you can just blink right behind them. just get more cd to activate your cutthroat.

first of all, you should really work on your coding. for instructions, check out jhoijhoi's guide on making a guide!

second, add a section on runes.

third, i really dont think cloak and dagger should be in your item build. it should be in your situational item build, which is a section you should also add. if the enemy has no CC, cloak and dagger is pretty pointless.
