Welcome to my Talon build; An assassin with extremely insane burst damage. I don't expect a bunch of people to actually fan my build. I'm just going to try and do my own thing. I like critique, but not to the point where you're a douchebag and have no idea what you're talking about. Anyway let's get on with this. I'm still in progress, may take a few days.

If you played Talon once you already know the amount of "squish" he really is. So to take that away I go straight defense with my runes. Now, runes don't make much of a difference, but they do help and are to be considered.
-For obvious reasons. There's no real alternative here.
-Base armor boost. Talon's not very mana hungry so Seals of Clarity are pretty much a waste IMO.

-MR per lvl? Yes, I use these runes in 80% of my games. Only other option I'd go are CDR Glyphs or Flat MR, also up to you.
-I like the Flat AD. It gives you a bigger punch early on, but you could go Quints of Desolation as well or Flat health if you feel it helps his squish.
