Definitely not. Without Doran's Blade or Shield, Talon is too squishy and too weak.

Secondly, taking E at lvl 2 is a waste because the damage amp is insignificant. Getting Q at lvl 2 will either help harass more effectively, or help in last-hitting minions. You shouldn't be shunpo'ing on the enemy without Q anyway, so there's no point in taking E at lvl 2 at all.

I dunno, not having exhaust and that wasted point in Archmage's Savvy seems a bit off to me. And going for trinity force early will keep you weak until you get it. I think it's more of a mid-game to endgame item.

Also, black cleaver is nice, but it requires autoattacking which is not something talon should be doing unless he's ganking a lone champ. I'd take an IE instead, as it grants more damage, and if you land a crit after you Q then E, you're dealing a HUGE burst of damage before you even use W and R.

Frozen Mallet is also imperative. More health, bit more damage, and guarunteed passive bonus, plus their inability to flee unless they flash, making ghost useless in either case.

Early Youmuu's or just Brutalizer are key to Talon because of the CDR, which I would think is very important for an ability-based burst character. Youmuu's also offers a bit of armor, crit chance and armor penetration. Very important stuff for Talon.

Finally, might be wrong, but it seems that you played a scrub team in that scoresheet. I don't think this build would work quite as well against a competent team. I wont up or downvote until I see more proof of this build working.

I recommend you use MR per level Glyphs rather than flat MR (but keep the flat Armor Seals) because you'll not have many problems with mages before level 4, when per level runes become the same as flat ones.

Good, rly good. But i don't buy Youmu. My build: doran blade > Merc > 3force > B.F. Sword > G Belt > black cleaver > warmog (tanky dps)

Items are off need to start boots 3 pots. and need to take e at lvl 2 not q
