You need to back off the crit chance and mana regen runes. You literally get less than 1 mana a second from those runes where you could be getting quite a bit of armor. And you don't need movespeed quints. You have your ultimate and your e. You could put armor pen or flat ad there. You want flat ad not crit chance. You are an ad caster. Yes, you auto attack, but you don't build attack speed and you'll most certainly be using your abilities much more frequently than autoing. More flat AD, armor, pen, and a defensive item or two depending on the comp, but crit chance just isn't good on talon.

Cheatsheet
Mana Regen seals are bad. Take armor instead. They're a crutch. I heavily dislike Elder Lizard, even with your reasoning.

Main Guide
Don't post if it isn't complete. AP MIDS AREN'T THE CURRENT META. Talon shouldn't ult to escape. He isn't that hard to master. Teamfights shouldn't be hard (assassinate one person, then flee). I disagree with Exhaust. I think your "Okay" summoner spells are highly inaccurate.

And I understand that you posted it early to get advice,
But it's risky cause it might cost you downvotes, since other voters might not pay attention to it and just instantly downvote.
If it's having these big of gaps in the entire guide,
You'll probably not get the advice you're looking for.
People will give you advice on what they think are wrong picks, what is missing, etc.
But like this most will probably not bother and just bring down the guide.

Then you can take armor seals but i like to harass with my rake to attempt to push them out of lane early. Mana regen is harder to come by then Armor imo.
