One Bloodthirster is good. Two Bloodthirsters are okay. Three Bloodthirsters are too much.
Everything about this guide is screaming to be downvoted.
Buying Three or more BT is depends on situation, you can exchange 1 of the bt for other defense item like warmogs, omen etc. Yet he is glass cannon heavily depends on damage burst, imagine that you just gone normal hit with adc or bruise with high AS champs
