Greater Mark of Desolation x9 +1.66 Armor Penetration. These Marks you will find to be so helpful early game, for people w/ or w/o . It helps alot for bypassing that extra armor to do that extra little damage. Even if the enemy tanks get armor early game. This will help you.

x9 +0.76% Attack Speed. For Talon I find having some Attack Speed can be very useful with your Passive[/color]: Mercy. having about 30% Attack Speed should be good. This will be explained more further in on my item's.

x9 +0.65% Ability Cooldown. I find Ability Cooldown to be pretty useful with your talent's,Glyphsand you should have about 20% there. Then also farming Blue/Red buff.

Greater Quintessence of Desolationx3 +3.33 Armor Penetration. Goes the same as the Marks

Ofcourse playing a Assassin Champion: Talon I go into the offensive build.

Great starter for Talon. Regardless, 10 extra damage + he is pretty squishy so the extra HP helps,early game and you don't have much usefuldefensive abilitys till Level 6. I do not suggest Boots right off the bat.

Why I get Boots of Swiftness because it helps me get away quicker/easier. Or when I use my Ultimate, to get ahead or escape quicker.

This is just a great peice to start a game off. For the Ability Cooldown Reduction and AD, towards your Youmuu's Ghostblade.

after getting The Brutalizer I suggest getting this for the HP and the Chance to slow targets w/ also some AD, and a peice towards Frozen Mallet.

After getting Phage I now Finish making my Youmuu's Ghostblade. Youmuu's Ghostblade is a Very important pice for Talon This helps you get way ahead or kill enemy champions for your ultimate and/or To escape quicker, The use of this can change alot of things.

I start to build towards my Bloodthirster. as this will help you gain some extra health while farming or damage you took from enemy champions.

I here finish my Frozen Mallet for extra health and to keep up the slows on targets.

I finish this for Extra Damage and I would suggest to farm stacks Asap. This also can help on ganks or 1v1 to regen health quicker

Now this peice changes everything! you know that extra Attack Speed I was telling you about? well this puts it to extreme This makes everything more bursty with your E to jump to your target then Q. also the tenacity HELPS ALOT!

I Delete Doran's Blade and replace it with this item for the extra damage and crt by now you should be crting for 1200.


Now if you have a tanky team I suggest getting a Black Clever over a Bloodthirster that quickI would rather get the bloodthirster after Cloak and Dagger

Cutthroat: Talon leaps behind his target and silences them for 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 /3 second(s), amplifying the damage of his basic attacks and abilities by 15% for 2 seconds.Range - 700
Cost - 50 mana
Cooldown - 6 seconds
Noxian Diplomacy: Talon viciously stabs his enemy, dealing 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 (+1.0 per attack damage) physical damage and causing them to leave a blood trail for 8 seconds.Range - 325
Cost - 55 / 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 mana
Cooldown - 5 seconds
Rake: Talon fans out three blades in a cone in front of him that quickly return, dealing 30 / 55 / 80 / 105 / 130 (+0.8 per attack damage) physical damage and slowing any target hit in either direction by 20 / 27.5 / 35 / 42.5 / 50 % for 4 seconds.Range - 700
Cost - 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 mana
Cooldown - 9 seconds
Shadow Assault [/color](Ultimate): Talon enters stealth for 3 seconds, gaining 20 / 25 / 30% bonus movement speed and sending blades that deal 225 / 350 / 475 (+0.6 per attack damage) physical damage to all enemies in their path flying in every direction. Once the blades reach a certain distance, they pause and form a circle. When Talon reappears from stealth, the blades return to him, once again dealing 225 / 350 / 475 (+0.6 per attack damage) physical damage to any opponent they pass through.Radius of AoE - 525
Cost - 140 mana
Cooldown - 120 / 105 / 90 seconds

PROS
Really good at ganking.
very dominate 1v1
Ultimate is very short cooldown about 30 seconds w/ enough CDR
Ultimate is very OP
CONS
Irelia seems to be my problem
Squishy
and his E is a pretty long CD early game

Level:1 As Talon I start off with It helps because of farming creeps/pushing lanes and most important his slow.

Level:2 I get Cutthroat This helps me to harash very easy or jump to a low health enemy champion or Enemy minion to escape.

Level:3 I now Get this helps me do extra damage to enemy champions or last hit on minions since Talon's abilitys don't cost so much mana

Trick 1: If running from a Enemy Champion and there are enemy minions near (depending on your situation) you can Cutthroat to a enemy minion.( and use your or .)
Trick2: Don't ever be so hasty to kill your enemy STAY CALM!.. If you spot someone that you know you can kill (1v1 or joining a team fight) I use this rotation if I'm running towards them Cutthroat>(auto hit w/ ) > > > > then run Ahead of them( DON'T SIT AND AUTO HIT THEM BADDIE!) and click your again. use any summoner spells if needed.
Trick 3: If you are being chased by one and know you will be beat it is smart to run into a bush(stay calm) then Cutthroat behind them and run.

TRICK 4: IS VERY HELPFUL! PLEASE READ!!!
Trick 4: to do a quick gank I sometimes pop my before hand an right as I leave my barrier around me,I or Cutthroat out towards the enemy ( if they are further away I suggest then Cutthroat)and making sure I am out where my will hit them(meaning infront of them).
Tip:1 Never be so uncertain to use your ulti it may save your life or get you a kill. it's a very short CD VERYYYYYYY SHOORTTT
Tip:2 Don't be bad
