I have been playing as Vladimir for a while and came up with a decent build.
I play Vladimir as a tank/mage hybrid and it seems to work fine.

In this guide, I will teach you to have a high out put dmg and also tank up for the team if the team is missing a tank.

When playing as Vladimir, spam Transfusion as much as possible. Early game, it might not have a fast cd but late game, its cd is 2 seconds. Not only does it have no cost but does a good amount of dmg and heals u at the same time.

Also use Sanguine Pool to chase after enemies and also start with this move during a team fight. Its also a good move for tower diving and running away if u have too. It can also dodge ultis such as Enchanted Crystal Arrow or Finales Funkeln

When I lane with Vladimir, I prefer to solo. Vladimir is great for 1v1 fighting and also is best if he lvls the fastest in the team.

Also, Vladimir is great for ganking and one he about lvl 6, he can easily gank the top or bottom lane. If enemies run, he can use he Hemoplague to finish off his enemies.

The reason why I get Warmog's Armor 1st is because of its passive. I try to max out the passive for the bonus health and health regen early game. The I get the Rylai's Crystal Scepter for the bonus HP and AP. The reason I stack up on HP is not only to act as a tank but to also take advantage of Vladimir passive. For every 25 bonus HP you will receives 1 AP and if that stacks up a lot, some of your AP will be built off your passive.


These three items are just for more AP and MR(Magic Resist) so you will be able to do more dmg and also be protected from Magic attacks.
