i'm not gonna rate down yet, but seems very mediocre. Not that much work seems to be put in it, and it looks very promising. Even on tank nidalee i would always get the guinso's rageblade earlier. Maybe after rylais, but get it. Other than that looks promising, just needs more explaining and maybe some pretty pictures.
