There are a few flaws, I would like to discuss.

At first, why would you max the stun? The damage increase is not worth it and neither is the 0.1 longer stun duration per lvl in contrast to the armor or health you can provide your team with my maxing those.

Secondly, you call the guide "moneyboy", but I don't think that you get the best runes to fullfill this. Why not choose GP10 Quints? You dont really need so much HP if you go 13 in the defense tree.

But thirdly, you are supposed to provide your team witht he best possible items and most possible utilty. Therefore why buying tier 2 boos so early (and even the most expensive?) if you would go 21 in the utilty tree and tier 1 boots you can still be fast enough to catch up and engage. And you can save the money for an aegis upadte, which will give you AND your team more MR.
At the point you have enough money for sunfire cape the damage is not signifcant anymore and you might steal farm from the carries.
Instead Locket of The Iron Solari is completely missing and is a very important support item, giving your team a longer survivabilty against AOE.

At last there is not vision ward mentioned(don't you buy these) AND you should upgrade the sightstone an times, to ward more than 2 important places at a time (e.g. Nashor, Drake and enemy Blue buff or other parts of the jungle).

And please give some more explaination why Banshee is necessary on a support. What do you build kages into? Why would you buy it, if you don't buid twin shadows or shard of true ice?
