I don't like the fact of Mejai's, Leviathan and Sword of the occult. Of course it's awesome when you get it going, but if you die you lose a 3rd of basically everything.
Other than that i do like the boots of swiftness and lich bane, seems nice combined with stun and you AP- and AD-pool (if you've got it going.) An okay build.

I'm glad to hear that things worked out for ya :) It sure was great fun, right?
Well "Shatter" is easier to make some money off. Final blow on creeps. But imho it is kinda like potato potatoe. Just as long your main focus is in the very usefull combination of those two spells.
Ty for comment,

also have you though about taking 9/21/0 for the ability cooldown and magic penetration?

Hey like the idea of your build, some testing shows that it is pretty good at beginning and mid game with just a few stacks, but what about the hextech gunblade... do you really think it is worth the 3k to get it? seems like just some life leech and spell vamp.

Also i though Guardian Angel would be a great support for the stacks as getting revived through it does not decrease the stacks.

Actually, if the opponents are very weak, I do sometimes go for Lich Bane first and then make me 1 Nashor Tooth or Guinsoo. But Hextech greatly increased your chances of surviving, and usually I pick this one. Guardian Angel is more logical, but Hextech is definitive more offensive.
The mix between defensive rune/mastery setup & offensive item build seems to make a solid ground rule for those hybrid classes.

Ye I have tried the mastery of Magic Penetration once. I did not help med that specific game, but that might as well where caused by something else. Again it is a choice between defence and offense. Against melees it would be awesome, but against ranged I would prefer the healing and such.

Thanks for your comment.

3 snowball items o.O i bet it can be awesome but youre completely ruined if youre killed twice in a row, you also have no attack speed nor mana regen at all with this build

Yeah but that is the whole point about the build; you have to not die! It is way more secure to give him like 2 x Guinsoo and 1 x Nashor Tooth instead of Soulstealer, Sword Occult and Leviathan. But that is just so boring and easy. I personally play much better, when I know I have to play well, instead of just running around and dying once in a while.
But even if you do die, which I actually did yesterday, you still got a decent shot. I was on something like 7/2/10 and I still had like 35 stacks total, and it is not that bad, given how cheap the build is.

Due to attack:
No need really. Dazzle+Shatter your opponent and then Lich Bane+Radiance combo will easily make it off. Perhaps not on fully equipped tank, but they are useless once you have dazzled out their carriers.

Due to mana regen:
No need at all. Taric's passive is mana drain from physical attack. As I included in the guide, you could choose clarity for lane control in the beginning, but after level 10-11, you problaly never look back for mana regen.
Besides I do select Mana Regen in masteries, but that is mostly because Greed is utterly useless.

Thank you for your comment.
Best Regards

Just know you can only hold 9 Glyphs/Seals/Marks, not 10. ;)

Woops. Sorry it is my first guide. I'll change it instantly. Thanks for your input:)

Hmm... Do you know why maximum HP is way to low in stats? It is like Leviathan does not work?
