It sounds like it'd be a functioning team comp, just depends a lot on syncing CDs, team awareness, and team communication. Sorry that I had such a delayed response to you. Ever since the new year I've been afk from league in lieu of waiting for Diablo to be released. Hopefully soon I'll have the time to post another double team guide. My only concern with your comp would be Panth, who might get outed early if Noc doesn't watch his lane (depending on lane opponent).

Iv'e been think of a team comp and I would like your though on it.
Every Where At Once...
Bot support - Shen
Bot Ad Carry - Ashe
Jungle - Nocturne
Mid Ap Carry - Twisted Fate
Solo Top - Pantheon

Every person (excluding Ashe) has an ult that can transport them across the map, but for this to work there must be epic communication.
Shen will build full tank support. LOTS OF WARDS!
Ashe building standard Ad Carry build.
Nocturne and Pantheon Building Tanky Dps.
And Twisted Fate Building pure nuker.

So your in a 5v5 late game, you see a Ashe running though your forest, it's a 1v(how many people are with you)
You attack Ashe Boom, Everyone else ults Shen Shields Ashe for the win while Panth and Noc Eat your faces with Tf in the corner spamming Q.
