Teemo - The Little Scout Who Could
/facepalm. Nevermind, talking to you just isn't worth it. Good job, you played against a stupid Anivia. Play in higher elos and watch people be more skilled. Sure, I'll also pitch a little story, once, I first blooded a Miss Fortune because I blinded her and she couldn't shoot me. I hardly got away due to my good burst at the start. With your build, I would have died because she would have bursted me down because Toxic Shot dosen't have as good burst. That's what you just told me. One story. But the thing is, is it good at low elos, high elos, or all around elos. People that can't kill people with boots at level 1 are garbage. That's the last thing I have to say about this now.
i thought we talking about boots and dorans blade now we switch over to skills again... boots will allways be better : /
i just played a game where boots made me beat anivia ta mid sense i was moving to quick for her to land her Q on me thx to quick move to making her not doing any dmg to me if i had dorans blade and follow ur build with not getting move quick i surely woulda got hit

Teemo's playstyles get changed constantly by Riot. As a result, people make builds to adapt to the new playstle. Many of the high ranked Teemo builds are outdated. In my personal opinion, they aren't good in general. I feel that my way of Teemo is one of the best. However, I've tried them all out before I jump to conclusions. Now I'm sorry if I've been sounding like a douche, but I'm just trying to improve the Teemo players on mobafire. For instance, people with boots at the start, just... no.
