So, I hear you like teemo if youve read this far :P. So, you may ask, WHY?! Well, Long story short, The faster my blowgun blows, the faster the damage hits. When your Toxic Shot deal out posion damage, its just perfect for those ganks where you just didnt make it past their turret. When you start dishing out godly speeds of 2 Attacks a second, They could be in trouble. As for your greater mark of insight , this works as an excellent early game advantage.
