In my opinion TF is one of the best character in the game. He is not only super happy fun time to play but also brings some pretty nice skills in a fight. This build will on a hybrid but more dps focused tf. The main focuses of this build will be the play style and item builds, as they will make or break your role in a teamfight. As it is my first build any feedback and advice would be greatly helpful.
Pros / Cons
TF is a really versatile character so there are many advantages and disadvantages in playing him
1. Pretty good damage
2. great map control
3. One of the best gankers in the game
4. Gold Card or red cards hurts and saves lives
5. Can survive most ganks (unless the enemy team decides they want your blood and 4-5 people come after you)
6. Pusher if needed
7. KS :)
1. fairly squishy
2. Enemy team will learn to focus you
3. Hard to learn
4. All about positioning (maybe its a PRO)
5. Items really depend on how you do early game
Flash - Flash is just great it lets you get into position or just GTFO if anything goes wrong
Ghost - Awsome chasing awsome run away, nuff said
Cleanse - cleanse will save you life many times because if tf dosnt get his CC off hes pretty much screwed
IGNITE - an little more firepower is nice to have incase your damage output f's up
note - i recommend always keeping flash as one summoner skill due to its usefulness (but sadly riot might take it out :( )
NEVER PICK THESE:
Clarity - NO with blue card you have no mana problems and since this build doesnt focus on wild cards you shouldnt be spamming
Heal - with cc surviving is not a problem
Tf's runes can be built relly anyway the player feels like. This is just my style. In this guide runes for tf covers everything. Why? because the more well rounded TF is the better he performs early game, which in turn gets you fed late game. I also recommend switch out the crit chance for more damage or armor pen if their a tough team.
Stacked deck and pick a card are your main source of damage
Gate - ult is always first
Stacked deck/pick a card - situational, if enemy has no mobility get stacked deck if they have cc get pick a card
Wild cards - you wont focus ap so it is last
yes i did say that this build wont focus on ap so why an tome first? so you can build it into a sheen with added with stacked deck and a gold card hurts like crazy. Most people would recommend a dorans blade but i prefer not to, just play defensively until you get sheen (which doesnt cost that much).
Attack speed is nice on tf, it helps farming and 1v1 situations, but get merc treads if they have alot of cc
Madreds are good because of the attack speed you already have and the AP from the sheen
Triforce gives everything, nuff said.
Starks for the lifesteal and attack speed, you can switch it in order with madreds if needed
oh and starks wins gamesss so definetly get it some point in the game
THe bubble saves livesss, it allows you to take that one shot and be able to GTFO or prevents cc in a teamfight and enable you to run to the back and start wrecking the enemy with gold cards.
You probably wont even get to this item but if your fed the extra damage and life steal rapes people
Here is the important part.
For the first six levels you want to play as safe as possible because this build does not have such an effective early game. Always ask you teamates for the solo lane because the level and gold advantage and make your early/mid game ganking much easier.
The second you hit level six port back get your **** and go gank. After gank (99% you should succeed, unlesss they have a pro shen) push tower, then go back to farming up for your items.
Get you bloodrazor ASAP. After this point gank whenever you can, Destiny's CD is not that long.
By now you're at late game, you should have your greaves, madrids and starks completed. You job in teamfights is to pop in with destiny (in a good position, experience will make you learn) and turn the tide. Never pop in from behind (EVERRRi had situations where my team was winning and i popped in from behind and just fed their carry) pick someplace where you tank and actually save you. Gold and any living squishy and use wild cards to finish things.
notes - red card if more than 2 pe ople are chasing otherwise you wanna be always pulling golds. Blue on towers and minions

That is my build to TF and i hope it works out. Remember to practice pulling gold cards because their the sign of a good tf. Go out there and punish any noobs who think TF is bad. Remeber to give feedback and advice.
