Near end game I like to sell Mercurys Treads for Berserker Greaves. The item set is pretty easy to get if your sticking to your lane/jungling/running around for kills. With this build I have maintained an average of 16/8, 22/6, 15/7 in kills and deaths. Quite simple yet elegant. For 3v3 I would always pick the solo lane, and the reason for the Health potions is so that you can spin into the bush in the first few seconds and get a possible kill or 2, which is quite easy with tryn. I have gotten to level 2 just with 2 kills first 1 minute of 3v3 game play, use those health potions!

The critical strike chance is obviously over powered, you will spin out of bushes doing tons of damage every hit without flaw. They wont even know what hit them.

These runes are the runes I go with simnply because they are cheap, and with this build you have no need for anymore crit, armor runes are great for taking that extra damage from turrets and what not, magic resist is a given, some mages prove to be a problem, and armor penetration is a given.
