Regardless of what your secondary skill is, you want to have a point in all three skills by level 4, simply to have them for utility. On a DPS Kayle, for instance, having a single point in her heal is useful as an escape and chasing mechanism; while the healing value might be very low, it still gives a short movespeed buff, which can be incredibly useful.

I also notice that in your second build, the 4% cooldown reduction from is wasted, because you itemize up to the cap of 40%. Since you're not going further down the tree than that, you should switch them over to boost attack speed (which is also incredible on Kayle).

In your first build, you don't seem to finish half of your items. You should really finish upgrading the pick and shroud, and put in whatever you upgrade the cloak into.

Finally, in your first build you've got a mastery point in without any points in , which is impossible. You need to move it elsewhere.
