This build works very well in 3s games. I always take top lane and use my axe to get last hits and get to level 2 first. Then with the axe and then reckless swing I can usually kill my opponent. This helps me get a level lead. When I get to level 6 I usually get the red buff. WARNING: Laning against a champion with health regen makes this process very hard. For instance, laning against Warwick is difficult because of all of his lifesteal. Otherwise this build works very well for me. I can usually take on 2 other champions on my own and win.
