This build gives Ezreal outstanding staying power so he can get an advantage by sending his opponent home with his powerful pokes and then gain his lost hp back with his 7.5% lifesteal as well as replenishing his lost mana with Faerie Charm, both things he has right from the start.

Since you will not need potions or blue buff this gives your jungle and advantage as well as giving you a distinct edge over your opponent in gold. By the time you get your R you should be sending your opponent home every cooldown with a well aimed R-E-W-Q combo and having it ready again by the time they get back.

Another major benefit is the amount of damage you will be doing with a W that is always at the highest level available coupled with your Q that will be doing comparable damage because of Sheen. This is a very hard build to force home since it will have a Chalice of Harmony extremely early as well as 3% spell and 7.5% lifestal from the start.

I hope you will give this a try and see that Ezreal's true power is as an APC.
