The basic idea here is making use of w's insane attack speed steroid. If you can E an enemy, and start punching with w, lethal tempo will near-instantly max out. At that point, with this build, whoever you catch should die. I know it sounds silly, but after trying many builds including ap, I found this build to be the most successful by far, and most fun. Currently have 66% winrate over 32 games. Try it out, you won't regret it!
