Hey Guys, and welcome to my item build of Ryze, The Rogue Mage.

This build works in so many different ways,and using it you will be able to carry games, that Dyrus, couldn't even carry.

To start, grab boots and 3 health pots, build up some cash farming in-lane, and the go back to base and grab Tear Of The Goddess. Ask your jungler for blue buff, if they are not too far behind, if they still want it, it is okay since Tear Of The Goddess should give you some good decent Mana Regeneration.

Once you have built up a lot of gold, it is time to grab some AP, build Archangel's Staff for abit of AP and Mana since Ryze's Skills scale off both AP and Max Mana, Rabadon's Deathcap for tons of AP and Will of the Ancients, for some sustain.

Finish off the build with some durability by grabbing a Zhonya's Hourglass or Frozen Heart, and Void Staff for the Magic Pen, since you do not have any Magic Pen runes.

For team fights, like all team fights you will want to focus the enemy champion that has the most DPS.
