philosopher's stone and provide IMMEDIATE Regen, with right behind them.
This is simple reading and observation.

I admit that the benefit of philosopher's stone isn't clear until one has a basic understanding of the game and the champion: it gives Mana, Health Regen, and Gold per 10, all of which he greatly benefits from!

But get this: you can SELL IT LATER!

philosopher's stone = 800 Gold for a great early-mid game.

Bro you do nothing with the philo stone..at least build it into something. Oh wait, theres nothing good for an ap carry the philo stone becomes. Also - w/ no mana regen, you are gonna be strapped for mana early game. Losing early game = gg other team.
