Lucians earlygame isnt the greatest because he is squishy and doesnt deal much damage until you get your sheen. I recommend trying to get supports with alot of cc like leona or taric nami also works too as long as its someone with a stun. Then once your supports stun them believe it or not but you can burst them just use w auto attack q then auto attack if their health is really low but your not close enough use your e to dash towards them and get the kill. Also another thing i should state is that if your trying ranked with lucian try to get a team with alot of peels or cc so like leona support malphite top or mundo jungle would be good.

Lucians mid to late game is where you shine although lucians ult doesnt do much damage as people say it shreds tanks if you land every shot of your ult so try your best to position your self perfectly so no minions are in front of the tanks. Dont be scared to use your ult to clear minion waves since it has a pretty low cooldown so if you see a huge wave of minions go ahead and ult then for some extra farm. As Long as your team peels for you, you should be fine and win the game but if your team doesnt peel for you its really hard to do anything as with most adc's so try to communicate with your team and make a game plan if they fail to cooperate then your screwed.
