After you got all of that info you should be able to go into war with vayne. Gl and gain some elo now guys while this is BUSTED currently (Patch 7.5)

Farming

Farming with vayne is awfull untill u get that shiv you wont be able to push lane as hard as other adc so try and farm undertower and learn that before hooking up vayne. Farm untill lev 6 and that shiv then you can carry on to the next part of PvPing

Unique Skills

You will have to get the basics of vayne for you to be able to play with this build otherwhise just go the recomended and try and master her. Use the bushes they're your friends not enemies.

Summary

This build will make u 3 shot the meta ADC such as jhin twitch varus and cait.
