Warmog's is a bad item if you don't have something to synergize with it such as defenses and/or atma's.

Late game, you get focused, get Hourglass. Gives a ton of AP, a lot of armor for survivability, plus the active ofc if you get focused hard.

Banshee is another good choice.

But no Warmog's, since you have no defenses, just getting more flat out HP doesn't help.

Also in your build you have 5 final items, I would recommend converting Hextech Revolver into a Gunblade.

also, you should not swap out deathcap for hourglass...you ALWAYS need deathcap...against heavy AD doesn't make sense at ALL to remove it...

I adopted Warmog's into my general build because of the fact that I tend to get focused by late game comes around so I get it to add some survivability to it instead of overkilling her AP.

I an tell you put a lot of time into this so I'll be gentle.

No warmog's. Actually... No I can see this working. A little tanky for my tastes, but hey. +1
