Riven Guide

The summoner spells and tips and tricks sections are from http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/riven-valor-for-all-147416#chapter15, so I think you should credit the author, unless the author gave you permission to post it without giving credits/you actually gave the info to him and he never credited you (I doubt this one though)
http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/rune-tips-what-secondary-and-primary-means-and-more-24255 Armor Penetration marks would be most effective. Since you go for a Ghostblade, I dunno though.. It's a small difference but maybe you could swap some/all AD marks for Armor Penetration marks instead.
If your build really does work, your enemies might build armor against you. Seeing as how you already go Flat Armor Penetration, you could get a Black Cleaver (optional).
I'm personally a fan of Offtank/Tanky DPS (Shyvana, Renekton) and would probably prefer a more sturdy Riven but I don't think I should judge which way others will build.
edit: You know what I'm too damn lazy to read the rules. I'm not trying to advertise, just give credits to where I've seen the same info at an earlier time.
