No matter who you are against in the laning phase, always try to poke with Q on 3 caster minions so the 4th time it jumps on the adc(It has to kill the casters so the damage increases). This way you can always stay stable in lane an poke from a safe distance. You can get the enemy adc less than 50% hp if you kill the 3 casters with q , it bounces on the carry, u hit W and hit last auto in that short time.
Place flowers on gank choking points so you have a hint and w ready to cc the jungler so you can escape most of the times.

Be vary of the mid game since Jhin is vulnerable mid game. Once you have the first 4 items from my build, you should actually be good to go and able to fight nearly anyone. If you cant win at first just try to stall until you get full build.

Once you have your full build, you already are good to go if you are good at kiting. With this build you are able to fight vs a whole team since you have enormous lifesteal and movement speed the whole time, while hurricane deals 500 damage to side carries.
