the new update for lol will be updated for this build soon.
11/30/11 as far as i know the runes, skills order, and item build still works i just need the Mastery Trees.
12/28/11 added a new build and added mastery update. you can pick witch one you like the best

just to let you all to know this is my first guide i would love it if you comments ways to improve the guide. this is my Tryndamere build i use in league of legends. im not a pro but this is a very good guide to use you may use this guide to help you playing Tryndamere.

the greater Quintessence of Swiftness make you able to help you get in and out of fights fast.
the Greater Glyph of Shielding is helpful for running away from magic champs and take more dmg from them.
the Greater Seal of Resilience helps you heal faster.
the Greater Mark of Desolation helps you take down champs fast.

this tree set up helps you do dmg, level, have buffs longer, and more.

this helps you heal more take more dmg and deal more dmg. this also helps you with other stuff then just that. if you know your going to take more dmg then you want to get. BLOODLUST first or more hp pots.

this is what you want to do to help you get the feeding you need or dmg you need to take in early game. late game this helps you get more kills and more dmg out there faster. you can also buy wards to if you want.

you do not need flash because SPINNING SLASH is like flash but better.
ghost helps you get to fights and running away.
ignite helps you get the kill if you lower them that low.
you can replace any of these with what you like.

team work is the only way this guide will work for team fights. this guide was meant to do the dmg you need to do. this guide will work well with team work.

Tryndamere skills makes this guide work if he hed diffent skills or if he was mana this guide will fail. Tryndamere is some one you don't mess with. if you have no stun on you team while playing with Tryndamere it will make it harder to get kills. If you are going to attack some one with a stun this will most likely to get away if they play it right.

If Tryndamere is fed it will most likely to be to be like hell. Tryndamere can farm well if he is left alone. Tryndamere can heal easily to with his q so he can get out of a team fight with little heath and he with full because of that.

this is not a jungling guide but Tryndamere can. Tryndamere should get red buff at a level where he can solo it without smite. Blue buff if no one on your team that is mana wants it because the cool downs on Tryndamere are not fun in team fights when he needs his skills

When you get your ult use it to tower dive, take down towers, kill champ, tanking, etc. Only use it at the right time. If you are going to die and you know if you ult before you died you can get away but use it right away use it right before your going to die.

BLOODLUST - bloodlust is better to use when you have full rage.
