I think this guide lacks a lot of things. You do not recommend the relic shield start despite gragas's good hp scaling on his passive, you don't mention mobility boots for initiation, but take talisman. I think ROA is a bit too costy item for a support, and the new gragas doesn't even scale so well with ap, rushing iceborn would give you the damage you are missing. The 30 defense masteries are pretty wasted especially the though skin and bladed armor, since they are for clearing the jungle. Also reinforced armor isn't that useful in every game, marksmen like lucian don't even build mutch critical. You should say more about the use of the skills like stopping nearly all dashes with body slam or peeling with your ult or that you can use it to seperate even a single enemy for the kill because the ult has low cd. work on your guide a bit more and it will have better votes.

I'm having a hard time figuring if I should be serious here or if this is like a humor guide, but lets say it's serious.
Nope, your runes and masteries aren't by any means self explanatory. No Greater Seal of Health? You just go full armor and basically ignores (probably) the best seals for defense in the game. And 0/30/0 masteries? I think that needs a lot of explanation.
If you don't want your guide to fall into oblivion and actually learn something with other peoples comments, then turn on the Comment2Vote option because I'm pretty sure people will just come here and downvote your guide without bothering to say anything, like someone else already did.
