Ice born gauntlet and frozen mallet both slow on auto attacks and on q. The tri force gives you attack speed and also movement speed when landing a q and when auto attacking. The Blade of the ruined king allows for even more kiting due to it slowing your opponent and speeding you up. The last whisper is there for the armor penetration for that nice amount of damage, this is optional, you can always get a youmoo's ghostblade.

This build is specifically designed to keep your friends close and your enemies really far away. Like, really REALLY far away!
